As of 8th March 2009 we have a special offer for Students. The discount is available to students who can present a valid student ID.

 

Internet Access 24 Hours - 7 Days a Week

iPlay never closes, we are open 24 hours, 7-days a week. No matter what time of day or night you need access to the internet, need a computer to do work on, or you want to play video games, we are there for you.

 

Printing of Assignments

You can print your assignments at iPlay, we have a black & white and colour printer available, plus plenty of paper and replacement toner cartridges to ensure we can always print your documents. We can also print cover pages on coloured paper provided the paper is not to thick to feed through our printer.

 

CD-Rom & DVD Burning

We can burn you CD's and DVD's of your digital assetts, like documents, pictures, video, etc. Please ensure you have the digital content available, on a USB compatible device such as a 'memory stick', 'memory card', or 'external hard drive'.

 

Dedicated Storage Space for Computer Files

Backup of digital content is paramount for those who value their digital assetts. We at iPlay understand how important it is for people to ensure their data is safe, private, and available to them at any time. We offer backup storage space for rent to ensure that no matter what, your files will always be available to you, and only to you. Our only disclaime is, - that the material you back up is of a legal nature and does not violate any copyright law.

 

Computer Training

We can offer computer training in a variety of subject areas, including but limited to:

• How to use the Internet effectively and efficiently
• How to use office software effectively and efficiently
• How Computers, The Internet, and Computer Networks function.

 

Help with Internet Research

We can help you with internet research. We can show you some of the best internet research websites, how to bookmark and organize your research, how to write a research report (in terms of structure and layout), and what some of the best research tools are that you can use during your research phase of your assignment or research project.

 

Typing Service

If you have a significant volume of typing to be done, we can arrange a skilled typist of type up your documents, transcripts or audio recordings for you.

 

A Safe and Friendly Student Environment

We endeavour at all times to provide you with a safe and friendly student environment. While we are doing all we can to ensure security, we would like you to ensure that you keep an eye on your belongings too or hand them in at reception, to avoid providing opportunity for any casual / opportunist thief. If you need help with anything, please talk to our staff and they will promptly serve your needs and see to your requirements.
